Does the soccer club make money from apparel purchased through Personalized Products?
No, but our partnership with Personalized Products allows parents a local storefront and people to talk to about their orders. 

Why use Personalized Products if we don't make money for the club? 
They are a local company with a storefront making it possible for families to see and feel some of the items available before purchasing. They also offer embroidery of our logo on your personal items. If you have a bag that you want our logo and your kid's name on, they can do it! Our club doesn't have to invest money in inventory and they fulfill the orders. 

How quickly are the products decorated and shipped out? 
All orders are processed by the end of the spirit wear order period. Your items will take about 4 weeks to complete. Personalized Products will contact you directly when your order is ready for pick-up. 

I ordered my items on the website but it didn't ask for payment.
That's expected. Personalized Products doesn't take payment through the website. They will contact you via email with your accurate invoice and ask for payment at that time.  You can pay by credit card, cash, or check. Checks can be mailed or dropped off at store. Cash payment should be made in person at their store. Once payment is received, your order can start production.

I missed the Spirit Wear order deadline.
No problem. The online store is always open and Personalized Products can work with you to complete your order. We have a Spirit Wear order period so Personalized Products can order items in bulk.

What processes does Personalized Products use?
Personalized Products does embroidery and DTF* transfers in-house.
*DTF, direct to film, is a method where the design is printed onto a PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) film. The design from the printed DTF film is then transferred to the garment using a heat press. DTF is a cost-effective solution for small batch orders. 

Can I personalize my apparel?
Yes! Personalized Products offers embroidery personalization on items ordered through their store or on your favorite item at home. 

Where can I find a size chart? 
Size charts are available on the product page for the individual items in the store. They are in the link that reads "Spec Sheet" above the item's description.
