Led by Coach Jack De Selm, this camp is designed to help players improve their individual ball control, team offense, midfield play, and team defense. With over 30 years of coaching and playing experience, Coach Jack brings an unmatched level of expertise. He is the former HUHS Boys Varsity Soccer Head Coach (27 years), former Cedarburg HS Girls Coach, former Homestead HS Varsity Girls Coach, and former Hartford JV Boys & Girls Coach. Throughout his career, he has achieved ten conference titles and led teams to the WIAA State Tournament (HUHS Boys 2009, Cedarburg Girls 1999).

Coach Jack holds USC National Premier, Advanced National & National Diplomas, USSF "D" & "C" National Licenses, and is a USC Associate Staff Instructor. Coach Jack is Hartford Soccer Club's Director of Coaches.

⚡Individual Ball Control

• Develop essential techniques: feints, fakes, cuts, drags, step-overs, and scissors

• Work on 1v0 & 1v1 formats, with a focus on goal-scoring

⚡Team Offense & Midfield Play

• Improve off-the-ball movement, 3rd player running, and positioning
• Progress from 2v1 to 5v5 and full-team play
• Understand indirect play out of the back and the Breakout Line
• Learn possession-based play to control the ball, attack, and score

⚡Team Defense

•  Master pressure, cover, and support in team defense
• Learn strategic off-ball movement to control your opponent's decisions
• Develop skills to force opponents to play into your defensive plan
